This is for our monthly computer support subscription plan for DHC located at 101 E Court Square, Decatur, GA 30030.

This subscription plan contract is for 6 months, and after 6 months will automatically go month to month until canceled. Upon cancelling all/any hours not used is forfeit. Any remaining balance, unbilled hours, gifts, discounts, and/or the remainder of the initial 6 month contract are to be paid in full and due NET15 (15 days) starting from date final invoice is sent.

Call to cancel or go to your Paypal subscription page to turn off subscription. Subscription will show on your Paypal, bank, or credit card statement as charges from POPHAM’S LLC
